Thank you. In fact, I am deeply flattered to be referred to as "wise" because it is the human quality I most highly esteem (it's true, I've admired wisdom since childhood), even though I know I fail so often.

And, I know we were rough on each other growing up but I need to set the record straight: I liked you. I liked you a lot. I admired many things about you (unfortunately the things I didn't like so much seemed to be our focus much of the time) including: your self-sacrifice and selflessness (a quality I think is often found in oldest children), your intelligence, your work ethic, your social skills/friendships, your testimony, your dedication to things (saving for your trip to France, going to BYU, etc.), and, interestingly, your wisdom. I have no doubt if you had not made the good decisions you did I would not have made the good decisions I did. I owe a lot of what I am and who I am and why to you and your example. It's a good thing, for me, you came first.

The cool thing is, is that all of those qualities are still true for you! Plus, a whole lot more. I appreciate your thoughts and ideas about parenting a lot. We have implemented the service concept into our lives and it is working wonderfully.

And, I am lucky to be married to L. He pulls out all the stops sometimes and it is always to my great benefit.

Finally, that picture is heinous. It proves I should not ever be photographed, or go out in public, without make up.

(LOL to Tahsha! Yes, you are in the club for sure--Melissa is the 3rd sister)Myndihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09402802091987192882noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5023715798467546558.post-44133385837761682572011-01-26T23:08:49.679-08:002011-01-26T23:08:49.679-08:00Tahsha, you're definitely still in the club. ...Tahsha, you're definitely still in the club.
